Shipping never arrived I ordered from Spain. They gave not any alternative, or refund, or discount. They blamed on DHL, looks like package disappeared in Germany, but planetdrugsdirect.com did nothing about it. Really a bad experience, 200 euros gone.

Great Service, Great Prices I've used these guys for about three years now for generic Lipitor which is unavailable in the US. Their staff are patient and well trained and the quality of the product has always been excellent. I mentioned them to my physician who now refers other patients like myself who are on a limited income and need alternatives to crippling US drug prices.

PlanetDrugsDirect not what they used to be I have been using PlanetDrugsDirect for a number of years and never had a problem… my meds have been fine, the shipping was prompt, and the price was great. Since the pandemic the price has been increasing, but the service is failing. It takes weeks for my med to ship even though they have everything set up. It’s so annoying that I looked into getting the med locally, but it’s still very expensive and not covered by my insurance. I am looking at other Canadian companies at this point and will switch if things don’t improve.
