GBBroken Product; Unresponsive Help I also received my package with a broken bottle of oil. I have reached out to their help via website a week ago with no response. I attempted to send an email to the email address listed under Contact Us and received a bounce back. I just wanted a replacement or a refund for the bottle. Other than that I think the site will be great.

GBmost of the rub melted while in transit… most of the rub melted while in transit not much left. There was 1/2 of the jar left. What was there works great.
