USKind, Helpful, Understanding Rich and Tom from Living Free Home were kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. There were a couple of instances where more communication would have been helpful, but I think these sorts of issues come up in any contracting work. Overall, they did a great job of installing a wheelchair lift system at my home.
