Love my vaporizer! Original rating of 1 star reflected my frustration on not receiving product right away. These are unusual times so should have been more patient. Now I'm completely happy with a great little vaporizer. Thank you Vince for your assist.

First purchase and not impressed First purchase and was advised it may be a week to receive, still no product. I had emailed, left call back msgs and finally just sat on the phone and waited an hour. Finally spoke with a sweet gentleman who stated everything is on back order. Would be nice to have received an email stating this, as it was a gift. Unfortunately I never received the item.

Is it normal? When I turn the vape on i set up my desired temperature, when it reaches the temperature, the green light turns on with the light of the temperature ( orange) ,but then after maybe 1 minute the green light changes to a solid blue light and the temperature light turns off. The blue light stays there for maybe 2 min then the vape shurs down. Is it normal? I tried to sens a message to Vapium on there website but no answer..can someone help me please? Thank you

I bought my vapium lite in January and… I bought my vapium lite in January and within a few weeks the mouthpiece had broken and just kept falling off. I then used the second mouthpiece that came with it and that too broke, it did last 2 months though. This is a real shame because the vapouriser itself is really good and otherwise I would recommend it, but I can't if every month or so you have to replace the mouthpiece.

Really love the product Really love the product - Sturdy, straight forward and easy to use, easy to clean, and great vape quality. The product comes with different accessories so you can try different extracts or loose leaf grind, as well as a cleaning kit, and storage bags. This was my first vape device and I'm really satisfied with it. It wasn't intimidating or complex, just a good buzz.
