I had an ordinaray experience buying… I had an ordinaray experience buying medical supplies from eganmedical.com. The website is user-frendly and items were easy to find. When I contacted customer service, they were polite and helpfull. Ufortunately, they did not have the exact product I needed. I recieved my items on time, packaged well, and with no damage. Altough overall I must say my experience with the company was almoast good.

Amazing Customer Service I had a problem with an order right before Christmas. It was for Christmas gift for my grandfather. The owner of the company answered the phone at 10:00 at night on December 23. How many companies offer service like that? Needless to say, he saw to it that the issue was resolved.
