USAbove and beyond my expectations I purchased the Sound HD 312 and they work great even better than I expected. After I purchased my hearing aids their Audiologist called me and asked me a lot of questions about my lifestyle , the sound environments I frequent most often. They counseled me on what I should expect from my hearing loss & how to communicate better with others. I received the hearing aids in the mail and within 24hrs of the aids arriving my specialist called to see if I had any questions? I was really surprised at their effort to make sure I understood everything and that my hearing aids were set up properly right from the start. Great price and excellent customer care
