Sales was a little pushy getting you in to try the products but when Dianna applied them to me skin I was amazed. The products truly feel amazing on your skin and the smell is heavenly. I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin and complexion. Mechelle in Customer Service ROCKS! One of my Serum bottles was defective and she got a new one sent to me immediately. I had several questions about the products and she explained them all in detail. She emailed me the ingredients and how they work and the order and process of application. Beware, they use Evri! Was a regular customer until I had 2 parcels stolen as Evri left outside my front door without knocking. Was asked to get a crime report number which I did. Was still refused refund and dismissed. To take it further you have to go to Civl Court which I truly don’t have time for. They can keep my £48 but am disappointed with their lack of care and the use of Evri which has to be the worst courier service ever.
