Sales was a little pushy getting you in to try the products but when Dianna applied them to me skin I was amazed. The products truly feel amazing on your skin and the smell is heavenly. I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin and complexion. Mechelle in Customer Service ROCKS! One of my Serum bottles was defective and she got a new one sent to me immediately. I had several questions about the products and she explained them all in detail. She emailed me the ingredients and how they work and the order and process of application. Steer clear Like many other customers of this business, I did not have a good experience in the store and I will not be keeping the product. I am returning it within one week of purchase unopened and still sealed in the original packaging. I will post another review if I am not given a refund according to their stated policy.
