Sales was a little pushy getting you in to try the products but when Dianna applied them to me skin I was amazed. The products truly feel amazing on your skin and the smell is heavenly. I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin and complexion. Mechelle in Customer Service ROCKS! One of my Serum bottles was defective and she got a new one sent to me immediately. I had several questions about the products and she explained them all in detail. She emailed me the ingredients and how they work and the order and process of application. I had an averege experience with… I had an averege experience with Agora.Care. Nothing too remarkable, yet nothing terrible. My order was fair, not extrordinary, but satisfactary. I didn't have any issues with customer service, it was midly helpfull and pleasant. I wouldn't have any expections of amazing service, yet the staff were cordial andcurteous. The items I requested were delvered ok, not o superbly, but with no issues. Noral all round and no compaints.
