GBWe were long term customers on 800… We were long term customers on 800 contacts, when we went on vacation, my son forgot his contacts and 800 contacts would not overnight them to us! We called on a Sunday and the earliest would be a Wednesday!! We called next day contacts on a Sunday and the rep worked w us right away and we got them the next day! I canceled my subscriptions w 800 and will never go back! Next day contacts got them so fast and without any of the hassle 800 was giving us! 5 stars for sure!

GBLoyal, happy customer. I've been using Nextday contacts for over a year now - I've had only positive experiences so long as I am VERY careful about ordering way before the cut off time. The only time it was ever delayed was when UPS stopped delivering due to weather conditions in my area. Their prices are a bit high but ever since I realized that after I accounted for all the "processing fees" from other websites that I was paying the same amount of money, I just started using this company each time. My only complaint is that I wish they'd use PayPal for their payment processing instead of having to give them my credit card number each and every time.

GBAn eye opening experience ..wink An eye opening experience ..wink, wink This is the best experience I've ever had with a mail order company. I will NEVER order through my eye doctor's office again! I learned that the cost through my ophthalmologist was $55.00 more for the exact same contact AND they were going to take a week to arrive. I placed my order at 1:30 on Wednesday afternoon and my contacts were delivered at 11:00 am the next morning.. WOW!
