"Next Day" contacts I ordered my contacts well before the cutoff time this company requires for next day delivery, and it was on a Thursday (8/25/2022). I received an email that evening that my contacts were ready to ship and received a tracking number. The next day came and went and I never received my contacts. This company is literally called "Next Day" contacts. They also charge more, presumably because they offer "next day" delivery. I also had to pay a fee because my order was small. Moral of the story is don't wait to order your contacts when you are close to running out, because even though these companies make claims, they don't always live up to them.

Using Nextdaycontacts, I received my box of Aquacomfort Plus lenses the next day, as promised. I will definitely use them again.

Steer clear of this company! Ordered contacts that were promised next day. Received an email that evening saying my contacts were packaged and waiting to be picked up. After not receiving, I contacted customer support who then told me ‘they had emailed me they were on back order’ - I received no such email, and in fact, once I pressed them on how that was possible, I stopped receiving emails from customer support. Absolutely atrocious behavior from this company. Steer clear!

Great with corresponding via text BUT… UPDATE: They corrected the problem. Worked hard to get me another pair the next day. Great with corresponding via text BUT ordered on Friday and didn’t get them until after 6 on Monday, The box wasn’t sealed and was ripped open. Surprised they were still in the box.

Excellent Customer Service! This is a shout out to the rep who helped me, Henry HC. I received the wrong order at first, but it was quickly corrected with another shipment and refund. Both the first delivery and corrected delivery arrived within two business days with no extra cost (compared to other competitors like 1800 contacts). Overall an A+ experience.
