He hasn’t started using it yet so I don’t know how it will work but I give 5-star to them because of the great customer service they have. There was an issue with the package I received. Most of the time they are incredibly… Most of the time they are incredibly responsive. My only frustration is that they still have not converted their program to US terms and that can be very frustrating. Example: meatball recipe - heat oven to 200 degrees, well that is Celsius and not Fahrenheit! However, it took me a while to figure that out!!! 100g of meat - well that converts to .22 lbs. US - we need that folks.
