The products are the best on market… The products are the best on market today but most their problems arise from customer service problems. I give them five stars still because I pay for good product. They answer in 24-48 hours which is acceptable but sometimes they take longer.

Shady company not giving full refunds… Shady company not giving full refunds as advertised. Will only give partial refund if not satisfied so please do a chargeback so they don't cheat you like me.

It’s a scam! They took my money and never sent anything - and then just blocked me! I ordered two tubs of their stretchmark cream in October 2022 - spending over USD100. They never sent a confirmation email so I followed up and they said they had received my order. I followed up again for a tracking number about a week later and was given a USPS one - which after more 2 months of waiting turned out to be a bogus one. They then stopped replying to my messages and emails and blocked me on social. To date I’ve received no refund and no product from them. Please don’t purchase anything from them - the whole setup is a scam!

I ordered this product on a 30 day… I ordered this product on a 30 day trial promo and when I called to ask how much it would be after the 30 day trial the person (guy) who answered wouldn't give me a price and got rude with me so I ended up cancelling my subscription. If I could have gotten a price it would have been a been a different story along with him not being and unhelpful.
