All team members are knowledgeable and… All team members are knowledgeable and most helpful in working with the customer. I have referred three friends to Burman's Health Shop so far and will continue to refer more friends to drop in and speak with Marty, Ted, or Sam.

Service and shipping Don assisted me when the website was under construction. By far the MOST amazing service I have had online. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. He knew about majority of the products and had the knowledge to let me know exactly what I should get (he was spot on). Paul helped me navigate the website, he helped me step by step to get me where I needed. This company of people are amazing I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone. Not only for the amazing service, I got my order within 2 days. Thank you Don, Paul and the rest of the crew

Great but wanted more updates I just wanted more information on where my package was and when it would arrive because I didn’t receive any updates about my package the whole time.

I’m a customer for life Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Burman’s. I live in San Antonio so phone and online ordering is a must for me. The shipping is super fast, well packaged and discreet. 5 stars for Marty and the team from me! Highly recommend
