Poor Processing and No Delivery!!!! I never received my order after inquiring several times. I kept getting the run around about their system being down and that my order would be coming. Today I received an email that my order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. There was no explanation given! The company has very slow and poor processing. After all the waiting and trouble caused me they still didn’t deliver my products. Do not order from this company or you will be disappointed!!!

MintRx gets it right I've been using MintRx services for a while. They had some issues communicating and delivering my prescriptions on time in the past. But things have really turned around. Now, my meds arrive quickly and they keep me in the loop about the whole process. The customer service is on point too. It's great to see the turnaround that MintRx took. I'm back to being a happy customer and would recommend MintRx to anyone needing reliable service.

Ordered from Mint several times before… Ordered from Mint several times before without issue - always got my RX within 3 days. This time it's been half a month and can't even get in touch with them by phone during office hours. Now see a news article that they aren't allowed to sent RX to patients in Iowa, where I am located - but they took my order and charged my credit card regardless. Done with Mint RX!

MintRx is the B.E.S.T. MintRx is the B.E.S.T.! I've been shopping with them since 2018 and they are just amazing! Customer service is top-notch. Their team puts their customers' needs first and always leaves me satisfied. I love buying their skin products but they have a whole catalog of authentic products for men and women. What else can I say but keep up the great work MintRx team!

After calling, they are still spamming me with texts.Tired if them spamming me with text… Third time posting. After speaking to them last week; they are now spamming me from a different number. Second time posting. I called the number last week that was provided. This horrible marketing department is texting me again today. I block them and they still text. I called again and of course, the woman didn't know what I was talking about. Now I will be calling my phone service to permanently block these numbers. Tired if them spamming me with text after I have repeatedly asked them to stop.
