The company not only did not fulfill the promised conditions, but also refuses to return money for shipped orders to customers. They communicate in a rude manner and seem more like a bunch of scammers than normal business.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some foundation from them through Google shopping. The tube was either expired or stored in a hot environment, because it was VERY puffy/swollen. (It was not warm where I live.) When I removed the seal, the released pressure caused over half the tube to empty onto my lap. I requested a return/refund for the defective item and sent it back. They only gave me a partial refund and KEPT the rest for shipping fees! You do not get to keep a customer's money when you send a defective item. That's not that way it works. Turns out Google customer service is also horrible, so I guess I just gave this scam of a company money for nothing. Lesson learned.
