DON’T DO IT Ordered some foundation in a tube from them. When I received the product it was super puffy (not a hot day). I removed the seal and half the tube of foundation came out on my lap. The product was probably old and/or stored in a hot environment. I requested a refund and they agreed. I later saw they did not refund the full amount I paid. Extremely shady and unethical. You cannot receive your damaged item back and keep the consumer’s money. That is stealing.

Navigating the site was a bit confusing, and the checkout process could be easier. There are sometiemes missing items in the cart, but it all comes out right in the end. I recommend shopping around for the best price on items, and also check out their special offers and discounts before you decide. I made some mistakes while ordering and the customer service was responsive and helpfull. All in all, it's a decent site, but there could be some improvements.
