DON’T DO IT Ordered some foundation in a tube from them. When I received the product it was super puffy (not a hot day). I removed the seal and half the tube of foundation came out on my lap. The product was probably old and/or stored in a hot environment. I requested a refund and they agreed. I later saw they did not refund the full amount I paid. Extremely shady and unethical. You cannot receive your damaged item back and keep the consumer’s money. That is stealing.

The company not only did not fulfill the promised conditions, but also refuses to return money for shipped orders to customers. They communicate in a rude manner and seem more like a bunch of scammers than normal business.

Navigating the site was a bit confusing, and the checkout process could be easier. There are sometiemes missing items in the cart, but it all comes out right in the end. I recommend shopping around for the best price on items, and also check out their special offers and discounts before you decide. I made some mistakes while ordering and the customer service was responsive and helpfull. All in all, it's a decent site, but there could be some improvements.
