Horrible Horrible. Do not order from this company. Paid for 2 day shipping and arrived more than a week late. Customer service is horrible. Spoke to the same person everytime I called. Have asked for my shipping charges to be refunded. We will see.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some foundation from them through Google shopping. The tube was either expired or stored in a hot environment, because it was VERY puffy/swollen. (It was not warm where I live.) When I removed the seal, the released pressure caused over half the tube to empty onto my lap. I requested a return/refund for the defective item and sent it back. They only gave me a partial refund and KEPT the rest for shipping fees! You do not get to keep a customer's money when you send a defective item. That's not that way it works. Turns out Google customer service is also horrible, so I guess I just gave this scam of a company money for nothing. Lesson learned.

I had an ordinaray experience with… I had an ordinaray experience with beautybridge.com. It's an alright website, I guess. Their prices are reaonable and they have a wide variety of products. Navigating the site was a bit confusing, and the checkout process could be easier. There are sometiemes missing items in the cart, but it all comes out right in the end. I recommend shopping around for the best price on items, and also check out their special offers and discounts before you decide. I made some mistakes while ordering and the customer service was responsive and helpfull. All in all, it's a decent site, but there could be some improvements.

Package was not delivered #353020 Package was not delivered #353020 My order was not delivered and customer care responded that courier was out for delivery and status is rejected/undeliverable. Why would I reject the order that I paid for !!! Isn’t it common sense ! Please stop creating a churn for your customers. I’m tired of following up this for months together now. They neither fulfilled the order nor issued a refund. I will never order on this site again ! Exploiting the customers ! I’m not sure if there is a way to legally sue them but I will check on the options.
