I liked how we were educated the first hour about vitamins and minerals the body needs to be balanced and healthy. I was kinda bummed out to find out that he was recommending we buy packages of the AM and PM vitamins. I kinda felt like I was taken for a bit. I did end up purchasing the vitamin package. Yesterday I did an awesome job staying away from sugar and junk food. I’m going to listen to the session again today to reinforce things.

Complete Scam My wife attended this seminar in Rochester NY last month. I was very upset when I found out she was sold $399.00 in supplements and asked if she could take them back. She took them back and was told to call the office for a refund. we never received it and they charged our credit card for the second installment. when she called the company they told her they could do nothing for her! It's a scam. Don't waste your time and money!

Beware they push expensive supplements. Okay seminar, info and relaxing hypnosis. I felt the main purpose of the seminar was to sell their expensive supplements. Mark Patrick does have a stake in the supplement company. Be aware.
