TOO strong, works but read everything and start iff mild I took it as directed then started having withdrawals plus diarrhea. However, I got too hydrated too fast and was constantly dizzy and having stomach cramps. This products has was too many strong herbs mixed in and if you are not careful you can get get real sick. The perfect jump start to get the journey started. I was very skeptical when I first heard about this but used it as I was weaning myself off of opiates.
