Horrible company!!! Received verified fake product I have used them and the other vendor they have Top Tianeptine and after 2.5 years of using the same amount of tianeptine I spent $600 and received a laxative flour type mix with literally 0% tianeptine. Went through w/d and took a massive amount with zero effect. I know the taste well and it was definitely missing the tianeptine. I'm not sure why they decided to give me fake product after using them for a while. They gave a discount for giving good reviews so a lot of the reviews you see are for the 20% off. Horrible company and they will rip you off.

The ordering process was very thorough and safe and the package it came in was super secure. The powder itself was less gritty seeming than other companies. It was finer and dissolved faster in water. I would refer friends here for sure!

Ok this company will scam you and take your money and not deliver ur product. All the positive reviews on here are made up accounts other wise I would have my product I paid for by now!! Ok this company is a scam and I will tell you why. I bought 90 sodium tiaeneptien via direct bank transfer and paid 30 dollars to get it in 1 to 2 days. I just called the post office down in Tampa and they said they never ever received the product from tia direct. They gave me a fake tracking number and took my money from me. And I got all the proof they scammed me. Unless my product is at my doorstep tomorrow I'm telling you a legal action will be taken against this company I won't let anyone else get scammed I'll do everything in my power to take them down if they don't make this right with me!!

I order the powder and make my own capsules so price is quite affordable. I recommend taking alongside ashwagandha for anxiety if you have issues with it. Main thing is to try and keep your dose steady so invest in a good set of scales that weight to the mg.

Terrible deliver times, and they don't allow cancelled orders I tried to purchase a bottle of supplements to give to a friend as a Christmas gift. I immediately got an email saying my payment was received, yet nothing was delivered. Once it was clear I wasn't going to get my package by Christmas, I asked for my money back. However, despite the fact that they hadn't even shipped it yet, they wouldn't give me my money back. They even tried to blame the poor shipping times on echeck processing speed, even though I have an email proving the echeck was processed on day one. They shipped the product anyway against my express wishes. They could have listened and cancelled the order without any problem, but they were too greedy. The ONLY reason they're getting two stars is because they didn't just take my money and run, but this is the next worst thing.
