Tianeptine direct are scam artists I placed an order with tianeptine direct and they created a shipping label and never brought the package to the post office. They will not answer any messages that I have sent to the customer service on their website. It has been months since this occurred. If they will reach out to me I will gladly take this down. As of this point In time, they are scam artists that stole 158 dollars roughly from me. Do not order from this company.

Ok this company will scam you and take your money and not deliver ur product. All the positive reviews on here are made up accounts other wise I would have my product I paid for by now!! Ok this company is a scam and I will tell you why. I bought 90 sodium tiaeneptien via direct bank transfer and paid 30 dollars to get it in 1 to 2 days. I just called the post office down in Tampa and they said they never ever received the product from tia direct. They gave me a fake tracking number and took my money from me. And I got all the proof they scammed me. Unless my product is at my doorstep tomorrow I'm telling you a legal action will be taken against this company I won't let anyone else get scammed I'll do everything in my power to take them down if they don't make this right with me!!

reliable & consistent I’ve used these guys for a number of years, and I can definitely say that they’re consistent and reliable. I have, at times, switched vendors to take advantage of some new promotion or a lower price overall, but every time I am ultimately disappointed. This isn’t to say that their prices still are bad, but what makes them worth sticking with is that things go smoothly and happen on time, every single time. I’ve never once been let down.

The worst vendor for Tiapentine First order i made with these scammers was mediocre at best. Then months later, i ordered both the sodium and sulfate pills. The sodium is fake because it doesnt pass the “stickyness” test when u add a drop a water. Sodium does NOT dissolve in water either and has a strange smell to it. The sulfate does nothing either although the powder floats to the top of the glass of water. This was a colossal waste of money, no vendor is this bad, and all the positive reviews are either paid reviews or they are fake reviews. What a waste of money.

Terrible deliver times, and they don't allow cancelled orders I tried to purchase a bottle of supplements to give to a friend as a Christmas gift. I immediately got an email saying my payment was received, yet nothing was delivered. Once it was clear I wasn't going to get my package by Christmas, I asked for my money back. However, despite the fact that they hadn't even shipped it yet, they wouldn't give me my money back. They even tried to blame the poor shipping times on echeck processing speed, even though I have an email proving the echeck was processed on day one. They shipped the product anyway against my express wishes. They could have listened and cancelled the order without any problem, but they were too greedy. The ONLY reason they're getting two stars is because they didn't just take my money and run, but this is the next worst thing.
