GBI ordered 6 bottles Nov.28, 2023. They took my money & will not answer emails! I ordered 6 bottles Nov.28, 2023 and paid for expedited delivery. The very next day they pulled over $200. from my account and I haven't heard from them since! No products, no return emails, nothing. They are fraudulent and I will be filing as many claims as possible against this company, especially for wire fraud.

GBThe first order was good quality the… The first order was good quality the 2nd was not the same product as the first and didn't do anything. I truly believe they intentionally send you a pure product the first time and then send something with less than 50% purity for the second.

GBTop Notch Quality, Great Variety I'm always leery ordering Tianeptine from a new supplier but I'm happy to report, the products from Tianeptine Direct were top notch quality all around. I ordered tianeptine sodium, tianeptine sulfate, a couple varieties of kratom, and chaga mushroom. Everything was on par if not better than my previous provider. Products shipped quickly and prices were fair. I appreciate the variety of items and various mushrooms available as well. Will definitely be ordering from Tianeptine Direct again.

GBTerrible deliver times, and they don't allow cancelled orders I tried to purchase a bottle of supplements to give to a friend as a Christmas gift. I immediately got an email saying my payment was received, yet nothing was delivered. Once it was clear I wasn't going to get my package by Christmas, I asked for my money back. However, despite the fact that they hadn't even shipped it yet, they wouldn't give me my money back. They even tried to blame the poor shipping times on echeck processing speed, even though I have an email proving the echeck was processed on day one. They shipped the product anyway against my express wishes. They could have listened and cancelled the order without any problem, but they were too greedy. The ONLY reason they're getting two stars is because they didn't just take my money and run, but this is the next worst thing.

GBWeak product, terrible service It's as if there's nothing in some of the product compared to other vendors, and good luck getting the customer service to listen to anything you have to say after multiple attempts. He either ignores you, or deflects. For anyone that can perform a true purity test, please do so to keep this vendor honest. Although, nothing short of a lawsuit seems like it could get them to listen to their inbox, so maybe save yourself the headache just move on to a new supplier.
