Top Notch Product Quality & Shipping Times I have now ordered and tested the quality of 3 out of the 4 forms of Tianeptine that they stock, and each one that I tested (Sodium, Sulfate, and Free Acid) was the purest that I have come across from any other supplier around right now. Also, their shipping and processing times are unparalleled. Each order was shipped out with 12-18 hours of payment being sent, and arrived within 3 days of that point. Terrible deliver times, and they don't allow cancelled orders I tried to purchase a bottle of supplements to give to a friend as a Christmas gift. I immediately got an email saying my payment was received, yet nothing was delivered. Once it was clear I wasn't going to get my package by Christmas, I asked for my money back. However, despite the fact that they hadn't even shipped it yet, they wouldn't give me my money back. They even tried to blame the poor shipping times on echeck processing speed, even though I have an email proving the echeck was processed on day one. They shipped the product anyway against my express wishes. They could have listened and cancelled the order without any problem, but they were too greedy. The ONLY reason they're getting two stars is because they didn't just take my money and run, but this is the next worst thing.

Skeptical about quality Skeptical about quality. Used to be good. BUt the recent sodium isn't even clumping like it's supposed to due to hydrophilic properties. And it doesn't work like it was. meh. I think they send you worse product over time OR they recently started shipping trash.

Weak product, terrible service It's as if there's nothing in some of the product compared to other vendors, and good luck getting the customer service to listen to anything you have to say after multiple attempts. He either ignores you, or deflects. For anyone that can perform a true purity test, please do so to keep this vendor honest. Although, nothing short of a lawsuit seems like it could get them to listen to their inbox, so maybe save yourself the headache just move on to a new supplier.

I order the powder and make my own capsules so price is quite affordable. I recommend taking alongside ashwagandha for anxiety if you have issues with it. Main thing is to try and keep your dose steady so invest in a good set of scales that weight to the mg.
