GBI’ve placed an order late December and… I’ve placed an order late December and still have not received my order. I’ve emailed support several times and still have no tracking number and the few replies I’ve received are vague and will not answer my direct questions when my order will be shipped. Horrible experience!

GBListen to all these one star reviews!! I ordered a week ago. Spend 117 (that’s including shipping which should be 2-6days from order date) and they said it will arrive soon, keep saying it was processed. Then today 9/15/23 I got an email saying “Order processed” and I responded asking for a tracking number or what postal service they use. They said “soon”. Then I emailed them not to scam people anymore. The email reply was “We don’t scam. You’ll see that within a week”. Sure you don’t. I wish I looked at these reviews before I bought something.

GBthe site was misleading in that it said… the site was misleading in that it said you could pay with a credit card but then a bank wire or western union was the only way to pay. the info given was not clear and did not work on the western union site, so the transaction could not be completed. i just gave up

GBTerrible got order 2 months after I paid, then they tried to steal my credit care information. Use naps gear instead. They are a great website that doesn't rip you off and take 2 months to deliver something.
