My massage therapist applied it on my spine, damaged by degenerative disk disease. I got precious relief from spasms of paraspinal muscles. I appreciate the product and an easy application with roll on top. Since I cannot take any pain pills (ibuprofen damaged stomach lining), cbd salve is a valuable remedy taking pain down by few points, enough to allow me to sleep 😴
