GBYOU WILL GET PAYED honest company OK IT TOOK ( four 4 ) months but I did get payed!!!!!! KEEP IN MIND THIS COMPANY WORKS on a tight budget and theses medical supplies go to charity CHARITY charity CHARITY there not a rip off ether you will get payment. If your that hard up for cash and can’t be prepared to wait if it takes time to get paid and don’t understand they are a non- profit company then don’t send them to them ! BUT IF YOU HAVE A HEART ❤️ and can help the less fortunate this is the company to sell your extra supplies too !!

GBThey are untrustworthy They are untrustworthy, & research shows just as well. I sent a small shipment in January and a large one in May. No payment! I have called multiple times emailed and I've only got response an email from people supposedly not in the accounting department saying that my payment is in queue. I think this new owner is a total scammer. They do not communicate well at all. And their customer service is terrible. Don't bother messaging them on Facebook as it is just a automated system setup on their messenger. This company is terrible ....

GBSame story as most Same story as most, my order submitted Feb 7th 2018, no payment. I don't understand why Facebook does not close their page, why the web service wont shut down their site (i've filed complaints) The Post Office won't close the PO box for fraud, the atty general does nothing, the local police do nothing. Why isn't law enforcement doing their job ? Maybe it's time to go to Chicago and wait by the PO Box..

GBDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I SENT FOUR BOXES OF TEST STRIPS IN DECEMBER OF 2017. RECEIPT WAS CONFIRMED BY EMAIL JANUARY 8, 2018 AND PAYMENT ADJUSTED BASED ON ONE BOX HAVING A BENT CORNER. AS OF TODAY, JULY 12, 2018, I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND EMAILED. DESPITE THE PROMISE ON THE VOICE MAIL TO "RETURN YOUR CALL AS SOON AS WE CAN", I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM THEM WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, IF YOU GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND REQUEST A SHIPPING LABEL TO SEND MORE TEST STRIPS TO THEM, THAT REQUEST IS HONORED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

GBTheft by deception 2018. Still waiting. On Febuary 11,2018 I sent my test strips in. I emailed and emailed and got told they were running behind on payments but mine should be in within 3 to 5 days. I emailed Jeff witgh no response. Nina and Kelly at one point told me to please be patient. Then emails stopped being answered. Phones stopped and all contact seized. At this point the company still owes me $420.00. Was there ever a class action suit or anything against them that I missed out on. I would love to get my money. even this long over due would be a blessing. How do I get paid?? I even have the forn you filled out and sent with your order. Like every other bill can I charge them 24.99% interest daily? Any help on getting paid would be greatly appreciated....
