Excellent quality! I have chosen to trust David Wolf in his knowledge and wisdom about food so I feel confident to order anything from the longevity warehouse because I believe in everybody's integrity. That is important to me because there are so many products out there that you could not be certain about their quality. By the way, customer service is also great! Thank you everybody! What happened to the cacao powder? What happened to the cacao powder? This site used to be awesome with far more products. Had the best cacao powder for years. It’s been “out of stock” for over a year. I check periodically hoping it’s magically returned. Now I see the website has been “upgraded”. Maybe it’s just me but search bar anyone? Oh and maca in an amount other than 10lbs for I think at least $250. I’ll pass.

Excellent, high quality products, however, shipping costs are too high and lack affordable options. I love the products at Longevity and would order more often if shipping costs were not so high. Shipping costs are MUCH higher on average than other similar sites I order from. They also mostly use FedEx, who, in this area is not a good carrier. We've had a lot of problems with them. So if I do order enough ($250) to get free shipping, I do not get to choose who the carrier is unless I call Support. Who wants to do that??? I order a lot over the Internet and would rather do it online. I would like the options of selecting lower cost shipping using UPS or USPS. That is my only complaint about Longevity. Others I've referred to Longevity have made the same comment and simply will not order due to the high cost of shipping.

Unacceptable delivery and shipping … Unacceptable delivery and shipping times and charges. They charge almost US$15 for Ground Including Insurance 2 packs of coffee each costing $20. As of today, 8 days after placing my order, they have not even dispatched it. Horrendous customer service. They are available from 7 to 10 and 3 to 6 pm to chat. Not even a President of a country or corporation has those ours. Horrendous. As soon as I can get the same or similar product I will disassociate with this company.
