Aveda Botanical & Beauty Salons are… Aveda Botanical & Beauty Salons are always a favorite. I have used almost all their hair products , especially their thickening serum , hair ol spray & everything in between … Wish the price point is a bit lower , so every woman can enjoy these awesome products

I do wished I had read these reviews… I do wished I had read these reviews before placing my first an order online with Aveda. My experience mirrors that of many other people. When my order arrived there were missing items. I then used the WhatsApp process which isn’t very customer friendly. I had to chase a response and when eventually they did respond I was informed I would have to wait a further 5-7 days for my order, plus the free sample I had now ordered was unavailable. I won’t be using again. I was expecting so much more, especially from a product I’d perceived as being a luxury brand.

Unqualified rep Raven was useless and their entire website. What's the point of accumulating points if you can't use them. Aveda customer service is at its worst, they're a bunch of i d i o t s!!! Don't bother using their products or website

Not honouring their terms and conditions of sale I was shopping on their UK website for Black Friday and there was an offer for a free gift (hair brush) after you purchase a certain amount. The offer was meant to last until end of 26/11 but for some reason when I tried to place the order in the afternoon, the offer expired and switched to something else, even though the free gift was showing as in-stock on their website. Tried calling them but was told the item is now out of stock and there's nothing they can do.

I called them many times they never… I called them many times they never picked up and I mailed them many times but they never responded.
