GBAveda is not using quality ingredients… Aveda is not using quality ingredients anymore. I am encouraging consumers to use your voice - speak out against toxic CHEMICALS in fragrance that is not regulated. Chemicals in fragrance are not regulated by the FDA. We can change this, but you must speak out NOW. Contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection, the FDA, the Personal Care Products Council, and anyone with authority to change the regulations on toxic chemicals being used in cosmetic products. We have tolerated this nonsense for too long. In response to Aveda's concern to help me - so many of us have reached out to you in regards to this very issue. Check all the review sites that have PICTURES of people with the horrific side effects of using your 'natural' products. Scabs, sores, irritated eyes, puffy face, even hair falling out! It's all laid out before your eyes, the pictures don't lie. The truth is right there. As someone who has used Aveda in it's very beginning, the toxic chemicals now used in it is no longer the same brand. You're selling lies, you're destroying the planet, you're damaging people's health and the environment. Why would you stand behind this?

GBStill no items - buyer beware Purchased items a week ago online, and nothing is shipping. Status has not changed, I've contacted customer service both via chat and by phone and no resolution. You cannot even cancel the orders unless you do it within 30 minutes of placing the order, which in itself is crap, since they aren't even shipping it out. Buyer beware! First and last order with this company! I'll be disputing any charges at this point through my payment company.

GBNever again so disappointed They raised surprises in the product. I have used for years and years. They're making you buy it in a tiny little bottle of five ounces which I use in one Application. I'm so disappointed that they are not selling larger sizes. It is ridiculous and I've seen so many reviews that people are never gonna order to give. And I'm joining that I'm never, ever ordering it again. I'm so mad. I'm going to have to find another product. And i'm going to start doing my research Tonight and i'm finished with you

GBVery unreliable shipping Very unreliable shipping. They take the money but it takes over 7 days to get your products...if you get them. Shipping UPS should never take this long. The postal service is faster. Definitely will stop purchasing online. Horrible customer focus and order staus information on the website is highly suspect. Beware of ordering online!!!

AESOS DISASTROUS SERVICE SOS DISASTROUS SERVICE DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE !! Before the appointment I asked the hairdresser if a balayage was ok to my hair to avoid any damages . The stylist told me it was fine . I never asked for haircut but she insisted . Fine . Here is the result . I had straight and mid length voluminous hair before this traumatic experience. Almost 1300 aed for ruined , chewy , gummy hair + a completely butchered horrific haircut and disgusting grey/yellowish color . I am at loss for words . Saying I’m devastated is an understatement not to mention how much more I’ll have to spend in care for the next few months and the waste of time I spent growing my hair for years .
