GBI posted on 23rd of December about poor… I posted on 23rd of December about poor customer services,missing order and no refund. Aveda responded with their standard reply as seen on other posts on TP, advising we contact them with Trust Pilot in subject box. Did this but still nothing, not even a reply. Obviously another scam to appear genuine. Avoid ordering at all costs

GBStill no items - buyer beware Purchased items a week ago online, and nothing is shipping. Status has not changed, I've contacted customer service both via chat and by phone and no resolution. You cannot even cancel the orders unless you do it within 30 minutes of placing the order, which in itself is crap, since they aren't even shipping it out. Buyer beware! First and last order with this company! I'll be disputing any charges at this point through my payment company.

GBNot honouring their terms and conditions of sale I was shopping on their UK website for Black Friday and there was an offer for a free gift (hair brush) after you purchase a certain amount. The offer was meant to last until end of 26/11 but for some reason when I tried to place the order in the afternoon, the offer expired and switched to something else, even though the free gift was showing as in-stock on their website. Tried calling them but was told the item is now out of stock and there's nothing they can do.

GBIts more like what didn't go wrong Its more like what didn't go wrong. Trying to redeem point to make a purchase but the codes they provide are too long and can't not be used. Unqualified rep Raven was useless and their entire website. What's the point of accumulating points if you can't use them. Aveda customer service is at its worst, they're a bunch of i d i o t s!!! Don't bother using their products or website
