GBNever again so disappointed They raised surprises in the product. I have used for years and years. They're making you buy it in a tiny little bottle of five ounces which I use in one Application. I'm so disappointed that they are not selling larger sizes. It is ridiculous and I've seen so many reviews that people are never gonna order to give. And I'm joining that I'm never, ever ordering it again. I'm so mad. I'm going to have to find another product. And i'm going to start doing my research Tonight and i'm finished with you

I have used almost all their hair products , especially their thickening serum , hair ol spray & everything in between … Wish the price point is a bit lower , so every woman can enjoy these awesome products

GBAveda is not using quality ingredients… Aveda is not using quality ingredients anymore. I am encouraging consumers to use your voice - speak out against toxic CHEMICALS in fragrance that is not regulated. Chemicals in fragrance are not regulated by the FDA. We can change this, but you must speak out NOW. Contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection, the FDA, the Personal Care Products Council, and anyone with authority to change the regulations on toxic chemicals being used in cosmetic products. We have tolerated this nonsense for too long. In response to Aveda's concern to help me - so many of us have reached out to you in regards to this very issue. Check all the review sites that have PICTURES of people with the horrific side effects of using your 'natural' products. Scabs, sores, irritated eyes, puffy face, even hair falling out! It's all laid out before your eyes, the pictures don't lie. The truth is right there. As someone who has used Aveda in it's very beginning, the toxic chemicals now used in it is no longer the same brand. You're selling lies, you're destroying the planet, you're damaging people's health and the environment. Why would you stand behind this?

GBIts more like what didn't go wrong Its more like what didn't go wrong. Trying to redeem point to make a purchase but the codes they provide are too long and can't not be used. Unqualified rep Raven was useless and their entire website. What's the point of accumulating points if you can't use them. Aveda customer service is at its worst, they're a bunch of i d i o t s!!! Don't bother using their products or website

GBStill no items - buyer beware Purchased items a week ago online, and nothing is shipping. Status has not changed, I've contacted customer service both via chat and by phone and no resolution. You cannot even cancel the orders unless you do it within 30 minutes of placing the order, which in itself is crap, since they aren't even shipping it out. Buyer beware! First and last order with this company! I'll be disputing any charges at this point through my payment company.
