Awful first visit as I was told my… Awful first visit as I was told my appointment was on Wednesday and not today (Monday 14th August). I confirmed date and time upon phone booking yet they got it wrong. Can’t book again incase same issue occurs again. Just disappointed.

Never again so disappointed They raised surprises in the product. I have used for years and years. They're making you buy it in a tiny little bottle of five ounces which I use in one Application. I'm so disappointed that they are not selling larger sizes. It is ridiculous and I've seen so many reviews that people are never gonna order to give. And I'm joining that I'm never, ever ordering it again. I'm so mad. I'm going to have to find another product. And i'm going to start doing my research Tonight and i'm finished with you

SOS DISASTROUS SERVICE SOS DISASTROUS SERVICE DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE !! Before the appointment I asked the hairdresser if a balayage was ok to my hair to avoid any damages . The stylist told me it was fine . I never asked for haircut but she insisted . Fine . Here is the result . I had straight and mid length voluminous hair before this traumatic experience. Almost 1300 aed for ruined , chewy , gummy hair + a completely butchered horrific haircut and disgusting grey/yellowish color . I am at loss for words . Saying I’m devastated is an understatement not to mention how much more I’ll have to spend in care for the next few months and the waste of time I spent growing my hair for years .

I do wished I had read these reviews… I do wished I had read these reviews before placing my first an order online with Aveda. My experience mirrors that of many other people. When my order arrived there were missing items. I then used the WhatsApp process which isn’t very customer friendly. I had to chase a response and when eventually they did respond I was informed I would have to wait a further 5-7 days for my order, plus the free sample I had now ordered was unavailable. I won’t be using again. I was expecting so much more, especially from a product I’d perceived as being a luxury brand.

Very unreliable shipping Very unreliable shipping. They take the money but it takes over 7 days to get your products...if you get them. Shipping UPS should never take this long. The postal service is faster. Definitely will stop purchasing online. Horrible customer focus and order staus information on the website is highly suspect. Beware of ordering online!!!
