Not honouring their terms and conditions of sale I was shopping on their UK website for Black Friday and there was an offer for a free gift (hair brush) after you purchase a certain amount. The offer was meant to last until end of 26/11 but for some reason when I tried to place the order in the afternoon, the offer expired and switched to something else, even though the free gift was showing as in-stock on their website. Tried calling them but was told the item is now out of stock and there's nothing they can do.

Very unreliable shipping Very unreliable shipping. They take the money but it takes over 7 days to get your products...if you get them. Shipping UPS should never take this long. The postal service is faster. Definitely will stop purchasing online. Horrible customer focus and order staus information on the website is highly suspect. Beware of ordering online!!!

Aveda Botanical & Beauty Salons are… Aveda Botanical & Beauty Salons are always a favorite. I have used almost all their hair products , especially their thickening serum , hair ol spray & everything in between … Wish the price point is a bit lower , so every woman can enjoy these awesome products

Aveda is not using quality ingredients… Aveda is not using quality ingredients anymore. I am encouraging consumers to use your voice - speak out against toxic CHEMICALS in fragrance that is not regulated. Chemicals in fragrance are not regulated by the FDA. We can change this, but you must speak out NOW. Contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection, the FDA, the Personal Care Products Council, and anyone with authority to change the regulations on toxic chemicals being used in cosmetic products. We have tolerated this nonsense for too long. In response to Aveda's concern to help me - so many of us have reached out to you in regards to this very issue. Check all the review sites that have PICTURES of people with the horrific side effects of using your 'natural' products. Scabs, sores, irritated eyes, puffy face, even hair falling out! It's all laid out before your eyes, the pictures don't lie. The truth is right there. As someone who has used Aveda in it's very beginning, the toxic chemicals now used in it is no longer the same brand. You're selling lies, you're destroying the planet, you're damaging people's health and the environment. Why would you stand behind this?
