GBI just ordered a $72 jar of Tulasara… I just ordered a $72 jar of Tulasara Firming Sleep Masque - and when I opened the jar, it looked like the product had been used - 1/3 of it was missing and there was no secondary cap under the jar lid. I routinely order this product - for years - and I've never had this happen. Trying to get it resolved but the chat is offline until 10 a.m. (doesn't say what time zone) and a return is a PITA. I will have to reorder the product, wait for it, then hope I don't get a bad jar again. I ordered direct from Aveda, as I always have, again, for YEARS. I have accumulated a lot of points over that time. This is so sad. I recommend this product to my friends and family all the time. How this situation is handled will determine if I continue to use it and recommend it. *Rather than go through the online return process, I called Aveda and they are sending a replacement jar - recommending I throw away the defective product.

GBI wish I could rate Aveda zero stars I wish I could rate Aveda zero stars. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They repeatedly shipped orders with missing items and they will not correct their mistakes. Phone calls with customer service are totally useless. There is never a response from written attempts to contact them. It’s so bad, I think they are intentionally working to anger and disappoint customers. I wish I had seen the many poor reviews before I ordered from Aveda. Lesson learned.

GBNever again so disappointed They raised surprises in the product. I have used for years and years. They're making you buy it in a tiny little bottle of five ounces which I use in one Application. I'm so disappointed that they are not selling larger sizes. It is ridiculous and I've seen so many reviews that people are never gonna order to give. And I'm joining that I'm never, ever ordering it again. I'm so mad. I'm going to have to find another product. And i'm going to start doing my research Tonight and i'm finished with you

GBAveda is not using quality ingredients… Aveda is not using quality ingredients anymore. I am encouraging consumers to use your voice - speak out against toxic CHEMICALS in fragrance that is not regulated. Chemicals in fragrance are not regulated by the FDA. We can change this, but you must speak out NOW. Contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection, the FDA, the Personal Care Products Council, and anyone with authority to change the regulations on toxic chemicals being used in cosmetic products. We have tolerated this nonsense for too long. In response to Aveda's concern to help me - so many of us have reached out to you in regards to this very issue. Check all the review sites that have PICTURES of people with the horrific side effects of using your 'natural' products. Scabs, sores, irritated eyes, puffy face, even hair falling out! It's all laid out before your eyes, the pictures don't lie. The truth is right there. As someone who has used Aveda in it's very beginning, the toxic chemicals now used in it is no longer the same brand. You're selling lies, you're destroying the planet, you're damaging people's health and the environment. Why would you stand behind this?

GBNot honouring their terms and conditions of sale I was shopping on their UK website for Black Friday and there was an offer for a free gift (hair brush) after you purchase a certain amount. The offer was meant to last until end of 26/11 but for some reason when I tried to place the order in the afternoon, the offer expired and switched to something else, even though the free gift was showing as in-stock on their website. Tried calling them but was told the item is now out of stock and there's nothing they can do.
