Chuck was wonderful from the get-go Chuck was wonderful from the get-go, persistent but not overbearing, just genuinely interested in helping me out. From then on, I have had absolutely no issues with Perfect Gift and would recommend this service anytime.

They made it easy to create custom gift… They made it easy to create custom gift cards. Chuck Peterson, the Sales Exec. I worked with was extremely helpful. He reached out just often enough to keep things on track but not so often as to be a bother. This was a good experience from start to finish.

Attempted to use my card and it's… Attempted to use my card and it's expired. I didn't know there was an expiry date as it was covered with a sticker. Just got off the phone with the call center and even after waiting and speaking with the manager he just continued to repeat the terms and policies. This company is unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I would not recommend this for anymore. They stated that after expiry date they take off $3 a month from the balance. As well they stated that the store that sold it should have explained the terms and policies and that they are printed on the labeling.
