Customer service was fast, very polite and transferred me to the appropriate department. The Doctors receptionist was able to confirm my verification and resent my mmj recommendation PDF, which I needed asap to get my med discount on the purchase I was about to make. ( I spent 35$ to save 90-100$ in tax) If you have permanent health/ medical issues, don’t like big Pharma and understand how to use mmj, get the doctors rec and same money on weed tax. I also plan on renewing with them next year.👍🏼
