They did show up the next day after I posted this, picked up both dumpsters. I am hoping it will go smoothly moving forward If I could use no stars I would. 2 weeks ago I rented 2 30 yard roll offs for collecting old tree limbs and such. We filled the first one within a few hours so I called and requested that it be picked up and returned empty so we could refill it. A week later it was still there, so I called again and was told it would be picked up. Nothing happened. Then last week I called yet again and requested that both be picked up and returned empty. I was told it would happen no later than today. Both dumpsters are still there full of brush. Part or possibly all of the problem is that the person you talk to has no idea when things will happen or if they will really happen. I have no idea what is going to happen to these 2 full dumpsters sitting on my property but then neither do they.

The first and only trash company we will use! We loved our experience with Trash Daddy Dumpsters. Overall experience When I received the dumpster, there was trash from the last customer. This is not a complaint, I simply called in to Trash Daddy with my concerns, they were super SUPER helpful, the staff there was nice and provided tremendous customer service. Their delivery driver and pick up drivers were patient as we had some cars blocking. I really do rate my experience with them 5 star!
