Horrible customer service Horrible customer service! I have reached out numerous times in every way possible and can not get a straight answer from anyone! I placed my order a month ago. Received an email my order was shipped with no tracking number and never received my order!

I ordered a cane on Monday I ordered a cane on Monday, needing it by Friday, therefore i paid the extra shipping fee . Then was informed that “the label” was created on Thursday. No way i would receive this item when needed. I asked for a phone number to contact, no reply!

Most rubber walking stick tips that are… Most rubber walking stick tips that are big enough to fit the diameter of a wooden walking stick tend to have a tapered shape, flaring out at the bottom and that flare has a tendency to get caught on things when you're hiking, the Brazos has a nice rounded shape that works perfectly. Only been on two hikes with the new tip and it's holding up nicely.
