Would not recommend I had high hopes from past reviews, but the responsiveness of customer service, meeting TAT requirements (they struggle to complete stat jobs), charging $25/mo for the IPhone dictation app (no other transcription company I know charges for this) and low accuracy (I had to hand correct/type more then half of the report due to inaccuracy, consistently), I cannot recommend this company. I plan to cancel my contract as soon as Allowable.
