Very knowledgeable and efficient. I went on line to make an appointment for someone to come to my house with a quote. Eric came to my house and gave me a brochure and explained the specs and warranty in detail and to my satisfaction. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did not pressure me like the other company that I received a quote from did. He also said he would be the one to install the stairlift. He did a very good job in installing the stairlift. I would recommend American Stairlift because they were very easy to deal with. They had no hidden agendas which I liked very much.

Honesty, Efficiency, Quality My experience was great from start to finish. The salesman was direct and honest, and provided helpful information. The installers were punctual, courteous, efficient and got the job done in one day as promised (even came back the same evening to install an extender for the remotes). Most importantly, the stairlift itself is wonderful and has allowed us to remain in our two-story home!
