USI would not use them again. The delivery was great, they delivered to my hotel before I arrived. The condition on the scooter was horrible. it was tape in many places. I was not comfortable going far with it. Pick up was awful, the contract said they would pick up at the Brooklyn Port. That never happened, we sat over an hour and a half and it was time to go to the airport, no one had arrived. They told me to take into the cruise port and leave with the receptionist. That was a no go, custom was not allowing us back in and they had no idea where a receptionist was located. Then they sent in writing to take the airport leave with someone. It was just awful all the calls we received, instead of someone coming to pick it up from where we agreed. Finally they said someone would meet me at the airport, for close to an hour they text and called and tried to have me drop it off to a staff members home, and hotel etc. It was so annoying! I constantly said I would be at the airport, with the Terminal letter and airline name. The calls and texts my husband and I received were so annoying. No matter how many times I said we are in an uber (which cost us more $$ because I had to get an Uber that could hold the scooter, the women told me upfront on the phone they are not reimbursing me. Customer service was a 1.5, scooter was a 2.00. I would not rent again from this place.

CAWheelchair has bad battery - difficult to push The Electric wheelchair they supplied for our 2 day rental had a dud battery. It is not a practical solution if you’re travelling in NYC as it only lasted 2 hours before we had to find a place to charge the battery. Even after a full nights charge it still only lasted a few hours touring MOMA. When the battery did die it was extremely hard to push as the front wheel kept braking

USDO NOT USE DO NOT USE. Had an appointment for a delivery yesterday from 9am to 11am. They LIED and LIED and LIED that it was "on it's way" or "10 minutes away" for three hours until I told them to cancel and give me a full refund. If I do not get the refund back, I will be contacting the BBB and my lawyer. I will spend more than the $155 bucks just so this place doesn't get to keep it.
