A True Heartfelt Experience This was most definitely an AMAZING first time experience. After a very extremely emotional day, this class not only help with resetting my mind but also my heart. Never would’ve imagined it be as impactful as it was but I figured I had nothing to lose from the experience. Im so glad I made the time to be intentional with not only myself but also my mental & emotional state. So much love & light energy from just the first session.
