GBSham company, avoid at all costs The payment was paid to another company and they sent the wrong product. Blatantly refused to accept responsibility and the customer services is absolutely pathetic and generic answers to any question sent.

GBI bought lights back in October I bought lights back in October. Took forever to receive. One item was supposed to be a box of 6 outdoor lights with a remote to control them. I bought 2 box’s, so I should have received 12 lights. I received 2 lights. They just took two lights out of one box and sent that to me with no remote. REFUSED to send me the correct item. My second item was lignts for outside. Didn’t look like what was advertised and many of the colors didn’t work. I sent them videos of the defective items and they REFUSED to replace or return my money. REFUSED to send me a shipping label to send the defective items back to them for reimbursement. I sent them their Guarantee and policy on defective items and they did not care. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are refusing to return my money also. Stay away from this company.

CAPlaced an order over a month ago - NO PRODUCT Placed an order over a month ago. Cannot get confirmation on where the product is, cannot get a live person to speak to. Pretty sure they simply stole my money.

GBConcerned I put in an order on October 15th started getting shipping tracking information and then all the sudden nothing I am worried about this company only because looking it up it automatically comes up as a scam not sure what is going on try to email no customer service 😔
