And I was equally impressed with Lisa, my new account representative. I signed up with them immediately and it has turned out to be a very good decision. Yes, I am saving money every month on my payment processing. But equally as important is the support I've received from both my account rep Lisa and her technical support people. If you're in business you know that everything doesn't always go perfectly and glitches do happen, especially at the start of a new business relationship. When I needed support Lisa and her support staff were right there to take care of it. No excuses. Just making it right. I've been with Park Place for 5 months now and everything is going great. I am very happy with my decision to switch to Park Place Payments.
