Pamela appeared as our Guardian Angel. Pamela met with us with only a few hours notice after we realized we needed to get our mother the dignity and care QUICKLY she deserved after a tragic accident. We met at a coffee shop by the hospital to discuss options. Her relationships/connections with ALF's. Rehab facilities & Nursing homes helped us understand the options including the insurance piece. She was a guardian angel in a time of distress for us with our mother.

Deana is a Godsend to families in need of care! I can't praise Deana enough for the work she did to help my family when my mother, caregiver to my disabled amputee father unexpectedly fell ill last week and we needed respite care for him ASAP. She was quick, super-knowledgeable about the available facilities, asked a number of questions and found us an excellent solution and had us moving him in just 4 days later! She even set arrangements in motion to rent a specialized bed, which we needed but hadn't thought of. She was super-responsive and so very kind. We are overwhelmed with gratitude!

I highly recommend working with Jen Jen is a pleasure to work with. She has a long history of serving seniors to meet their needs ranging from rehabilitation, skilled nursing and placement of seniors into appropriate housing when they can no longer live independently. Because of her background, she understands the importance of finding the right placement for her clients. She is trustworthy, easy to talk to and will take the time to find the right place. Our experience with Care Patrol was… Our experience with Care Patrol was excellent! Jane Nichols was very attentive to helping us place Dad in the right facility to best meet his needs and budget. We looked to her for advice and information during the whole transition. She helped us with every detail in the process which can be overwhelming for the family as well as the family member that needs extra care.
