I still think about the session I had… I still think about the session I had over three years ago! I thought it was going to be ‘tough’ but once we got past the tears for 15 mins I think I laughed at my ego for an hour. I still remember the profound realisations I had which I feel lucky to have had at a young age. Insane hypno experience! So good! Leo is such an incredible hypno practitioner! I felt so safe with and prepared with him and the experience we had together was life changing. I found new parts of myself and was able to connect to parts of me that needed to grow. Leo is amazing Leo is amazing! I have such a hard time opening up, and there’s something about him that allows me to open up completely. He navigates you through your hardest times with such grace.
