USDELTA AUTO PROTECT SAVED THE DAY My Toyota Camry has been pretty good to me for a very long time until recently when my transmission started slipping while driving to my daughter to swim class. So I pulled over and called Delta Auto Protect 24 hour customer service line. They arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car and provided a rental car. All for a low deductible. Then an ASE certified technician repaired my transmission and they explained to me that the issue was my left front axle seal was leaking causing my transmission to dry up. My car is like brand new again thanks to the qualified technicians and quality care from Delta Auto Protect.

USI dont have to worry anymore! I've never tried an extended warranty company before, I assumed that when you buy a car, you take on the responsibility of the repairs. Someone explained to me how extended warranty works and after doing some research, I decided to go with Delta. Im sooo glad I did because within 3 months the water pump went out in my car and the warranty got it replaced and took care of everything! Im so happy that I don't have to worry about car repair anymore, I don't know anything about cars.

USSaved Me Money on an Expensive Repair I purchased an extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect, unsure if I would ever end up using it. However, last week my car started making a grinding noise whenever I would turn around a corner. I knew something was wrong, so I took it in for repair. The mechanic determined that I needed to replace a rear axle. The cost without my warranty was outrageous, but when my coverage from Delta Auto Project was applied, I ended up only being responsible for a very fair and affordable deductible. My car drives smoothly again, and the repair didn't break the bank.

USThis is the worst warranty company I… This is the worst warranty company I have ever experienced and may be the worst company I have ever experienced period. When you have a claim they do not even bother denying it or reducing the charge, they just don't return any calls, emails or faxes. You make a claim, they say they are reviewing it and then they stop responding. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone, email and fax and they just do not respond. DO NOT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

USIf you own a repair shop beware If you own a repair shop beware. Twice I had to file complaints with the proper government agencies to get payment. They paid then, but lied about what happened stating we never sent paperwork or called. Like people will take time to file a complaint instead of calling them to ask for payment. One of their managers made sarcastic comments when I said how long was I waiting for payment.
