GBService Contract SCAM To whom it may concern: On 12-15-2015 I purchased an extended service warranty from Delta Auto for $1500 dollars. On 4-23-19 I took the auto in to get some problems repaired. The repair shop called Delta & they approved the repairs & said that they were covered under the service contract. As of today 6/25/2020 they still haven’t been paid for the repairs. The company is being sued by the attorney general of Pennsylvania for a car scam. I would like your company to reverse the $1500 that I paid because the company (Delta Auto) is a scam.

GBIf you own a repair shop beware If you own a repair shop beware. Twice I had to file complaints with the proper government agencies to get payment. They paid then, but lied about what happened stating we never sent paperwork or called. Like people will take time to file a complaint instead of calling them to ask for payment. One of their managers made sarcastic comments when I said how long was I waiting for payment.

GBCompletely dishonest company Completely dishonest. Waiting 6 months for reimbursement. Dozens of calls - never returned, dozens of emails - no response. I've sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and they are getting no response also. STAY AWAY from this one! They suck you in with low quotes - they can afford to because they don't seem to pay claims!

GBThis is an outright fraudulent company… This is an outright fraudulent company with zero customer service or downright rude CS agents. My car broke down due to a timing chain issue 2 months after I bought their warranty and their inspector mysteriously classified it as a pre existing issue based on no evidence being shared with me. Numerous other complaints online are similar to mine. They told me there's no appeals or redressal process. I'm filling a small claims civil suit. Do not buy this worthless warranty.

GBDelta Auto resorted to unethical tactics to scam money. I don't trust them . This company scammed me and keeps putting through charges after I canceled. They are highly unethical if not illegally taking money to which they are not authorized. I canceled within 24 hours of learing the Better Business Bureau rated this company an "F" and read many other complaints on-line. Within an hour after canceling Delta billed my credit card again for a second $500 and $1750 respectively. Next I received an erroneous email telling me how to file my claim for a damaged tire and rim which has nothing to do with me, but shows how disorganized the are. I could go on with more details but you get the message - Steer clear of these clowns. Find a reputable company -
