Expectations exceeded to say the least I can't say thank you enough to these guys!!! After 2 years of getting nowhere with my claims Jon got me from 10% to 100% in just over a year, and in the biggest way possible, I have learned. He knows more about claims and decisions than any other I have spoken with anywhere. That, and being optimistic about everything the entire way, made things so much less stressful. I have worked with several along the way and I would put him up against anyone with the VA. Jon has been with me since the… Jon has been with me since the beginning and when others didn't believe in me or my pains he did. We went through a tough journey together and he was there to help me every step of the way and keep me focused.
