Great experience overall I ordered the frames on a Monday night, they arrived the next Thursday. I wanted to love them, but they just didn't work for me. I requested a return authorization and received one within minutes. They issued credit promptly.

Very good services and products. It was perfect. Ordered 3 Eyeglasses and they arrived very quickly, they were delivered in Miami 2 days after the order. The frames came in perfect conditions, one of them needs alignment, but I consider it as normal as I allways ask my optician to adjust/align them. Prices are insanely low!!! I found a pair of eyeglasses at a fraction of the retail sale price as well as 60% cheaper than the same pair (different color) at my local Costco and Costco is known for pretty reasonable pricing. So you understand how good this buy was. Shipping was fast and so therefore my experience with this purchase was excellent!
