Very good services and products. It was perfect. Ordered 3 Eyeglasses and they arrived very quickly, they were delivered in Miami 2 days after the order. The frames came in perfect conditions, one of them needs alignment, but I consider it as normal as I allways ask my optician to adjust/align them. They came well packed, preventing any damage on transportation. I will buy again and recommend to friends. They are fully authentic.

They suggested me full refund but I had already decided to give the glasses to my partner so I declined the offer. Great experience overall I ordered the frames on a Monday night, they arrived the next Thursday. I wanted to love them, but they just didn't work for me. I requested a return authorization and received one within minutes. They issued credit promptly.
