GBExcellent Online Lens shop. There was an issue with my lenses. When I contacted support, they sent me an RMA and prepaid shipping label to send them back and replace them. First issue I've ever had with them, and they took care of it to my satisfaction.

I wasn’t sure about ordering lenses online, especially for frames from European luxury design houses but Jennifer quickly and thoroughly answered all of my technical questions so I sent in my first pair. When I got them back, I was so happy that I sent in two more pairs…and saved hundreds of dollars! The process was quicker than I expected and each pair (full rim, semi-rimless and metal frame) came back in pristine condition so I know they took great care in how they were handled in the lab and in shipping.
