Shipped quickly though also broke quickly While the original glasses shipped and arrived quickly as promised they lasted less than 3 weeks before breaking. Only a tiny plastic supporting piece holding the screw to the arm on. Poor design and the screw appeared to be overtightened. I reached out to customer service and was told a replacement would be shipped quickly. After 10 days of not receiving them, or any tracking info I reached out again and was told they would ship soon. The replacement pair has lasted longer but very disappointing to order from a company promising speed and then have replacements take so long.

This review does not justify the… This review does not justify the quality, attention to detail and service I received from this company. I have recommended this company to all my friends and family. I originally lost my glasses while on vacation and needed new ones delivered the next day when I arrived home. The entire process from start to finish flourished with amazing customer service. Every step of the way I would receive emails regarding the ETA of my purchase, if there was any delays and updated information about my package. I am very very blind, so having the security that I knew when exactly I was gonna receive my purchase and the overall customer support I received was very refreshing. Highly recommend this company to everyone who needs glasses ASAP and who doesn’t want to deal with guessing the whereabouts.

I'm now on my 3rd pair of these… I'm now on my 3rd pair of these glasses, which I like better than the many expensive ones I've bought over the years. The company has kept my prescription on file and has made it incredibly easy to order a new pair whenever the current one wears down (or gets ripped apart by my toddler); they don't even make me go back for a new prescription each time. Highly recommend!

Less than a week to get new glasses in old frames In less than a week I logged onto the website, input the results of my eye exam, mailed my old frames and got my new lens into the old frame from Overnight Glasses. Love the speedy work, quality effort and the price. I would not hesitate to use Overnight Glasses again.

I'm happy with their service and product.… I ordered their glasses a couple years ago. Found used frames I loved online elsewhere (an out-of-date style I couldn't get new). I sent in my own frames and they added progressive lenses to my frames. They are my best pair of glasses now; I see perfectly with them. I really appreciated that I could use frames I already had. Can't remember exactly, but I think the order process was fairly easy, and they arrived in the time promised. They even updated the screws and nose pads in the old frames I sent them (& returned the old lenses back to me.) Very professional. I would use them again. I tried to write a review before but I guess it didn't go through so I'm trying again. I use the glasses daily so I'm dating it today.
