Love these glasses! The ordering process was super easy and my glasses arrived a lot quicker than expected. The lens were spot on. They made my vision better than 20/20. I loved the entire process. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the frames slips down my nose. Now I am trying to talk to their bots for help. I need to talk to a real person not a robot and I don’t want to spend time trying to follow advice on returning the glasses for this minor problem.
