Love these glasses! The ordering process was super easy and my glasses arrived a lot quicker than expected. The lens were spot on. They made my vision better than 20/20. I loved the entire process. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the frames slips down my nose. Now I am trying to talk to their bots for help. I need to talk to a real person not a robot and I don’t want to spend time trying to follow advice on returning the glasses for this minor problem. I want to speak with a human so that I can understand how to correct this problem for my next pair.

Several people had otherwise told me it was too cheap and I would definitely be cheated on your webshop. but I have never experienced such good service and updates during the entire delivery. I ordered four pairs of glasses and they just work in strength and fit. Thank you very much and you can definitely expect more orders from me in the future

Overall good experience Fast shipping. I expected it to take forever. The app was easy to use. Payment options available with other services which was convenient. My only complaint is one of my pairs is significantly looser than the other and I got the same glasses just 2 different colors
