Fantastic Experience in Every Way Fantastic experience! We compared a LOT of online vendors before placing an order for Ralph Lauren frames. The customer service rep we spoke with was honest - everything we were told was true. The frames arrived in approximately 7 days. They are authentic (not cheap knock offs). The price was a fraction of what Lenscrafters wanted. We took the frames to VisionWorks for the lenses and everything went perfectly. Hightly recommend EyeOns!!!

Disappointed but received refund (UPDATED) I placed an order for eyeglasses on Nov 6, 2023 (361.56 CAD). USPS picked up the item on Nov 13. Despite waiting for over one to two months, the delivery was not completed. Due to a shipping issue, the item was returned to Eyeons on Dec 26. Irene from Eyeons processed a refund on Dec 22, which appeared in my credit card account on Dec 27 (350.39 CAD).

Authentic Tom Ford products :) I’ve had Tom Ford sunglasses for a while now so I decided to buy a pair of Tom Form frames from this store. Tbh I wasn’t sure about buying expensive brand name frames online but I’m very satisfied with the product they sent me. Everything is authentic and very obviously legit, they came with all the production markings, serial number and packaging I’ve seen on other products I’ve bought through a TF store.

Great shopping experience! I knew the exact frames I wanted and EyeOns had them! Ordering was clear as to color options and sizes. I received email confirmation and tracking information. The item was well packed, in an appropriately sized box and wrapped in sturdy bubble wrap. The glasses were in the manufacturer’s case, with certificates of authenticity, foam stabilizers for the stems, and an extra cleaning cloth. Well done, EyeOns!
