Nice goggles but poor execution and refunds I placed an order for goggles then had to call to cancel them because my four year old needed a newer prescription. I had called within 1 hour of making the purchase and it was around 10 at night. They made a note to cancel it but ended up sending it anyway. Then, they only refunded me a quarter of the price I paid. I asked many times if I would get a full refund. There is no way they even started making my order before I called to cancel. Very unhappy with the lack of full refund. I did purchase another pair with my updated prescription and they work well.

My 6 year old daughter LOVES her pink… My 6 year old daughter LOVES her pink "goggles that are like glasses!" They have made swimming an even more enjoyable sport for her. My only regret is that I didn't order these sooner!

Professional, diligent, and genuine even at my fault. I just want to say how much I appreciate them. First of all, I'm ignorant when it comes to prescriptions. I know when it is right vs wrong. In a recent order from GogglesNMore, I ordered a ski goggle insert using the wrong prescription power (e.g., an older computer lens prescription by my fault), but I didn't know that I did at the time. But they helped me realize that I did it in such a diligent and genuine way. And they went beyond that by working with me to help me fix the issue that was caused by me. And the whole experience made me feel valued not only as a customer but as a person. Within 24 hours my son's glasses broke Within 24 hours my son's glasses broke. The flexible arm came unattached and I had to glue it. He loves these glasses so I had to order another pair, but for the price I expected better quality. The first pair broke at the frame and could not be repaired. The second pair lasted for several months before the rubber around the frame started to peel away. Those replacement frames are the ones that broke in 24 hours. I have a new pair on order, but this is getting ridiculous. Please make a better quality flexible frame for kids. My son has special needs, and flexible frames are easier for him.

I Can See Clearly Now The Blur Is Gone.....! The lens insert for my Oakley Flight Deck ski goggles is EXCELLENT!!! I can clearly see the terrain as it shifts from bright sun to shadow. Ice, bumps and uneven surfaces are remarkably clear and the result has been a game changer to my overall ski enjoyment. The insert remains steady in place with no shaking or tilting.
