There was a color I used that was discontinued and a customer service rep went out of their way to find it for me. Their WhatsAp form of communication is awesome. My question was answered super fast. Excellent service & Delivery. In my experience this company has been excellent with customer service, they are great at responding to queries. Very helpful and reasonably fast. Their operating hours are BST and weekdays. So do allow for weekends and UK time zones. Ordered over the weekend on Saturday. Arrived Tuesday morning, worth paying for DPD- before 12pm service, especially for larger orders or on urgently required occasions. I could see my items journey on a map through the third party tracking service, which gave me peace of mind. Good quality products that I’ve been using for over a decade, and get compliments for all the time. My eyes are naturally hazel with flecks of blue/green underneath so that possibly helps with how anything cosmetic looks on top of them and they are very comfortable to wear. Good range, excellent service. So I’m happy to recommend them.

Slow customer service, but issue resolved Received faulty lenses that were two different colours. Edit to update - customer service did get back to me in the end and offered a refund and free of charge replacement as an apology. Issue has been resolved.

Amazing contacts Amazing customer service! Delivery was very fast and the contacts were very comfortable. My wife had them on for over 8 hours and didn't even realise she had them on as they were so comfortable. She has grey contacts and everyone was complementing how natural and vibrant her eyes looked in them.
