This company is not AT ALL good This company is not AT ALL good. They send all these supposedly polite emails but refuse to take responsibility for their subpar work. I ordered nice glasses...two pairs. One was transition lenses. They don't refund transition lenses. So the pair that was refundable was perfect. The pair that was not refundable was extremely poor quality and did not fit at all correctly. The glasses kept falling off my face. They refused to take responsibility for their horrible craftsmanship. Then try to offer me a 25 % discount to buy more glasses from them. I will NEVER order glasses from them again. They are crooks.

I am unhappy with the tight window on… I am unhappy with the tight window on the return policy. I received a pair of glasses that were much too big and heavy for my face. I missed the return window by a week or so and have no option to return them although they gave me a 20% discount off my next order, however that doesn't cover the cost of the glasses.

After trying other companies I was going to give up on online glasses (my 600$ ones from dr office weren't good either and they wouldn't replace!!!) I have now bought 6 pairs (2 progressive) from yes glasses. The least expensive company has done the best job. They take a week longer than other companies but after 23 ( yes 23 pairs!) attempts a week is nothing. 5 stars all the way!!!

Please make sure you have your prescription and then some. I received it within a week signed delivery, I paid half of what I would pay here at Vision Express with lense thinning and complex high prescription.
