Support is NON EXISTENT Support is NON EXISTENT. On their website it says that non prescription glasses should take 1-3 days to be shipped and I should receive a tracking number. It has been 2 weeks. No tracking number, the order number doesn’t do anything, I sent an email they haven’t responded, I went to their website and found a 24/7 live chat. DOESNT EVEN WORK. I wish I read the reviews before buying. I’m in exam season and genuinely thought I would have received them in time. I’m frustrated, upset, and disappointed. I don’t have the money to buy another pair from a different site…..
