I received glasses from glasses.com… I received glasses from glasses.com less than a week ago. They already have a chip/scratch and the company will not replace them because the warranty does not cover scratches. As someone who has been wearing glasses for years, my glasses from other brands DO NOT have any scratches or chips. These glasses are not even my primary glasses, therefore, I do not wear them often. I would strongly encourage potential customers to reconsider before purchasing from this company. The quality of their glasses is questionable, and their customer service is nothing short of disappointing. They seem to care more about the technicalities of a warranty than they do about the customers who keep their business running.

Stain on the lens While many aspects of the product met expectations, the quality of the lenses fell short. Shortly after use, I noticed stubborn, water drop-like stains that refused to budge, which I suspect is due to the UV coating. In hindsight, opting for regular, simpler lenses might have been wiser.
