I ordered my glasses like week ago and… I ordered my glasses like week ago and they are just creating shipping label but never giving it to cargo. Customer service is not answering.

Excellent service Excellent service, glasses are just perfect and would encourage people to purchase glasses from here instead of high street opticians that charge a furtune. Glasses arrived within around 2 weeks and came with good packaging and a really good sized cleaning cloth and case.

Great product, great customer service, great price My experience with KZFOO has been absolutely amazing. The glasses are incredible quality for the prince I paid. The packaging and glasses case alone look so nice (I've kept the little boxes to hold make up brushes as they're fab little sliding drawers!). Not only that, but when I was struggling to find a pair that would suit and fit my face correctly, I received some advice from the staff at KZFOO who were really helpful and understanding. They even took the time to email and check if I liked them adter I'd received them. The glasses themselves feel good quality and lots of people have asked where I got them from. For what I paid for them (a fraction of what they cost in the shops and even competitive with other online glasses shops), I am over the moon and would certainly use FZFOO again without hesitation. Great quality product, great customer service, great price. What more can you ask for?
