GBnon functioning website This website sends me around in circles. I put in the info to create an account but it keeps asking me to do it again. I fill in a form and I get an "Error 500 something went wrong. We will try to fix it" message. I try it again and get the same message. When I fill in the form to contact them to tell them of these problems, the email won't go thru!! What a waste of time!

GBShipment issue: My order was shipped the next day after I ordered, however it was shipped to a completely different address. I contacted Hearing Tracker by email, and they sent out another shipment and it was delivered within a day after I was notified that it had been shipped. Excellent & quick service. This was the 4th or 5th order I have placed, and this shipment was the 1st time there was an issue with the shipment. I am so thankful that I can order my hearing aid batteries as well as for my friends. Thank you is an understatement.
