GBI purchased eyeglasses many months ago I purchased eyeglasses many months ago. When I recently saw the eye doctor she said these frames would not work for my prescription. I contacted Kaussal and asked if there was any chance he would except a return. With no heisitation he said I could return the glasses with a refund. He was the greatest to work with. I clearly knows customer service.
