Online Chat Experience and Repair I sent my hearing aids in for a warranty issue and when I got them back I was having issues pairing them up with my iPhone. Went online to their website and had an extremely helpful online chat. Everything is working wonderfully! These guys are so patient and helpful! Truly amazing people. Thank you Club Hearing!!!!!!!!!

Best of customer service Thank you for the wonderful service. I am so delighted with my new Phonak top of the line hearing aids. They came quickly, were pre-programmed by Club Hearing as per my prescription. All of my follow up questions were handled after I received my hearing aids. A very good experience and so far am… A very good experience and so far am glad I bought a HA fr Club Hearing rather than a local audiologist, a bit of a gamble; the price is half and this was the reason. Frederick, the online audiologist answers all my questions the same day and is knowledgable, pleasant, helpful. You may use a local audiologist’s hearing test and your HA will be sent to you programmed, for me, this seemed a better option. I am finding some local audiologists will not service HAs purchased online, some will. There is def a learning curve w the toggles, functions and phone app, give yourself time to learn, you will. And thankyou Frederick for your patience answering all my questions!
