They had a well organized website They had a well organized website. That allowed me to easily narrow down the frames to the style, designer and size that I wanted. Lens selection was straight forward and there are links to the lens manufactures web pages for more detailed information.

Great service Great service. Very eager to receive my new glasses. According to tracking, my 27-Nov order is due to arrive tomorrow (02-Jan). My perscription is fairly strong so I'm long accustomed to there being a wait. On top of that, these are my first progressive lenses. Fingers crossed!

Sometimes the best laid plans still… Sometimes the best laid plans still present a challenge. However, in the hand of GoOptic even unexpected challenges are handled well. When the progressive lenses were on the cusp of standard and short frames GoOptic eagerly stepped up to ensure that the proper field of view for all ranges were comfortable for me, even to the point of remaking the lenses. Thank you GoOptic, you have earned my confidence in doing business with you. I will be back :)

The overall experience was good The overall experience was good, however I would like to see a couple of areas improved. One, I would like to be able to enter my prescription, and then have the website retain it in my account ready for my order. Two, I would like for the website to stop resetting after a short amount of time forcing me to re-enter information concerning my order. It would be much more convenient if items I add to the cart STAYED in the cart. Other than that, I love Ho-Optic, and I appreciate the large selection of choices.
